UNYSA Bangladesh-Support-Flood-Victims

Millions of people in Sylhet, Sunamganj, Habiganj, Netrokona, Lalmonirhat, Kurigram, Rangpur, and many more districts in the north and northeast of Bangladesh are stranded without electricity, food supplies, or safe water. The situation will likely deteriorate with surging rains and flash floods from the upstreams. The cry for rescue and relief is intensifying as days pass. Many parts have become unreachable due to the high tides and the shortages of vessels. Air and road communications and mobile networks have collapsed in the worst-hit areas.

Under such circumstances, the United Nations Youth and Students Association of Bangladesh calls upon all the kind souls around the world to support the flood victims in surviving the worst flood of the century. We seek your generous support to make even the slightest improvement in mitigating this humanitarian crisis.
