Amena Rashid Bania joined the United Nations Youth and Students Association of Bangladesh (UNYSAB) in 2020 and has since risen to become a youth lead, having previously served as Secretary of Research and Development. With a degree in Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering, she blends her technical expertise with a passion for reading, writing, and nature conservation. Her impactful contributions to initiatives like Eid for Street Children, BiMUN, Shadow Youth Parliament, and the National Youth Summit highlight her dedication to youth empowerment and social development. Additionally, she has actively participated in Model United Nations conferences and represented her engineering expertise at global tech-based events.
Amena’s journey with UNYSAB has enhanced her leadership skills and deepened her commitment to volunteerism and environmental sustainability. She views UNYSAB as a dynamic platform that amplifies youth voices and addresses global challenges to create a more inclusive and sustainable world. Her work reflects her belief in fostering positive societal change and empowering young people to shape a better future.

Kazi Saifuddin Mihrab joined the United Nations Youth and Students Association of Bangladesh (UNYSAB) in 2020 as a member of the 13th batch. Currently serving as the Vice President, he plays a vital role in fostering and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including other organizations, government entities, and individuals. His tasks include coordinating with partners, ensuring effective communication, and driving collaborative initiatives that align with UNYSAB’s goals. Through his leadership, he helps maintain and strengthen the organization’s network, promoting mutual growth and success.

Currently serving as the Vice-President of the organization, he previously held the position of Assistant Operations Secretary. Mohsiullah Ammar launched his tenure at UNYSAB in 2023. Since then, he has remained an active member, having served as an executive member in 2024 and presently fulfilling the role of Organizing Secretary of UNYSAB. Ammar advocates for harmony, justice, empathy, and love. Furthermore, he believes our lives can be enhanced via cooperation driven by passion and gratitude. Ammar asserts that we must resolutely advocate for our convictions.

Mohammad Farhad’s journey with UNYSAB began in 2019 when he took part in the Shadow Youth Parliament. Over the years, his dedication has grown, and he now serves as the Corporate Affairs Secretary. With a Bachelor degree in BBA, majoring in Finance & Banking, Farhad has showcased his dedication and skills as an organizer, participator, and rapporteur in numerous events and conferences, including the FBCCI Business Summit, Eid for Street Children, Global Youth Summit, and Bangladesh International Model United Nations.

Administration Secretary
Tasneem Jannat began her journey with UNYSAB in 2023 as an associate member and has since played a vital role in the organization. She previously served as the Assistant Administration Secretary and is currently the Administration Secretary in the 2025 committee.
Throughout her time at UNYSAB, Tasneem has actively contributed to various initiatives. She was a key member behind the scenes for BIMUN, contributing to the Guest and Hospitality Department, and played an instrumental role in managing the recruitment process for the 17th batch.
Tasneem believes in peace, equality, empathy, and love. She holds the view that cooperation, passion, and gratitude can significantly enhance our lives. She is committed to confidently fighting for the causes she believes in, aiming to inspire others to do the same. Currently pursuing a BBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management at the University of Dhaka, Tasneem has gained valuable leadership and volunteerism knowledge from her involvement with UNYSAB. She views UNYSAB as a platform that amplifies young voices and aims to make a positive impact on the world. Through her active participation, she seeks to inspire others to join the collective effort for a better future.

I am an undergraduate student in the Department of Women and Gender Studies at University of Dhaka, with a strong commitment to advocating for gender equality and social justice. Since joining UNYSAB in 2023, I have been actively engaging in youth-led initiatives to foster change and build awareness around pressing societal issues. Alongside my academic pursuits, I work as a content creator on Instagram, leveraging digital platforms to amplify voices, share knowledge, and inspire action. My passion lies in addressing gender-related challenges and working towards creating a more inclusive and equitable community.

Mahean Araf Seam has been an active member of the United Nations Youth and Student Association of Bangladesh since 2019, where he has dedicated himself to advancing the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through his work, he has contributed to initiatives aimed at reducing poverty, improving access to quality education, and promoting environmental sustainability, embodying a strong commitment to creating a better world for all.
Now a Computer Science student at Georgia State University, Mahean seamlessly blends his passion for international affairs with his technical expertise. He believes that the intersection of diplomacy and technology holds the key to solving some of the world‚Äôs most pressing challenges. By developing innovative solutions such as accessible educational platforms for underserved communities and leveraging data analytics for transparency in global initiatives, he aspires to create meaningful change that transcends borders and empowers individuals. Mahean’s vision is grounded in his unwavering belief that progress is achievable through collaboration, innovation, and empathy. I started my journey with UNYSAB in 2023. Since then, I always try to be an active member. Currently I am studying at Department of Criminology, University of Dhaka. As a student of social science I always try to develop my social skills and knowledge. To survive in the current world leadership is a significant skill everyone should have. UNYSAB let me practice practical leadership and enrich my extracurricular activities. My organizing skills have improved by participating in multiple events such as EFSC, BIMUN, Leadership Bootcamp and multiple sessions organized by UNYSAB.

Anna Anonna Biswas began her journey with the United Nations Youth and Students Association of Bangladesh (UNYSAB) as a participant in the Shadow Youth Parliament (SYP) 2021, where she engaged in insightful discussions. This experience inspired her to join UNYSAB in 2022 as an associate member. Over the years, she actively participated in programs like the National Youth Summit, workshops, and BIMUN 2023, where she showcased her organizational skills. By 2025, her dedication earned her a position on the Executive Board as the Communication Secretary.
Anna is guided by the principles of respect, hard work, and equality. She firmly believes that everyone deserves to live in a peaceful and equitable world. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Water Resource Engineering at MIST, she aims to uplift marginalized communities and inspire youth to engage in volunteerism. Recently, I have been appointed as the Creative & IT secretary from 2025 for One-year tenure. I had the privilege of being an organiser in BiMUN-2023. Been working here in the Creative department from the beginning.
Currently, I am doing my BBA from Dhaka Int. University. Along with my bachelor, I am pursuing my CMA from ICMAB too.
I have gained a lot of Leadership and Volunteerism knowledge from UNYSAB and had the privilege of gaining this knowledge from some fantastic and energetic individuals from UNYSAB.

Ahadul Islam began his journey with the United Nations Youth and Students Association of Bangladesh (UNYSAB) in 2023 as an Associate Member of the 16.1 batch. This opportunity introduced him to the organization’s impactful initiatives and ignited his passion for youth empowerment and community development.
From the start, Ahad’s dedication to UNYSAB’s mission was evident. He actively participated in programs, seminars, and workshops, sharpening his leadership and organizational skills. By 2025, his commitment earned him a position on UNYSAB’s Executive Board as an Executive Member.
Driven by principles of respect, equality, and hard work, Ahad envisions a peaceful and equitable world led by empowered youth. As a Bachelor of Science student in Civil and Water Resources Engineering at the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST), he is passionate about uplifting marginalized communities and inspiring young people to embrace volunteering as a tool for transformative change.

Ahnaf Tazwar started his journey with UNYSAB in 2022. Since then, he has been an active member, and is currently acting as the Executive Member under external communications of UNYSAB. Tazwar believes in leadership , equality, teamwork and mutual respect. Additionally, he plans on enhancing communication between the members through attending numerous events and workshops and make volunteering work enjoyable for his colleagues.
Tazwar is pursuing LLB degree under University of London.He has worked as an organizer and participant in several events, programs, national and international conferences including BIMUN, Eid for Street Children, Global Youth Summit, and so on.
He gained a lot of experience for leading a team and volunteer knowledge from UNYSAB. He aspires to increase the awareness of legal knowledge to the society and ensure justice to the people who require help. He believes he can help UNYSAB improve it’s networking with other organisations and help UNYSAB achieve it’s long term goals alongside helping the new members to adjust with the culture of this organisation.
